One highlight was the restoration of the Sicam Digester, a huge 120-foot-tall vessel that runs at 350°F. Our team took off decades-old insulation and cladding, sandblasted the steel, added high-temperature coatings, and finished with new insulation and stainless-steel jacketing. We made safety a top priority, especially working in extreme heat and with razor-sharp materials, and completed the project without a single injury. The client appreciated both our craftsmanship and our strong safety focus.

Another project involved restoring the integrity of a massive iron structure at 300 yards long and 150 feet tall. We sandblasted and coated the steel with a three-coat paint system to protect it from corrosion and add years to its life. Working at extreme heights was no small feat, but with solid teamwork and careful planning, we finished the job safely and efficiently.
